The information below sets out how orders and customer requests are handled.

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We provide a free return label, cover return shipping, and do not charge a restocking fee.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy and cover the return shipping.

Refunds and cancellations

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Orders may be cancelled before shipment; after shipment, this return policy applies.

Custom items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened personal or hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from discretionary returns. This does not limit remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete goods.
